Thank you for choosing to list with AutoBodyParts. AutoBodyParts makes it easy for you to list your inventory with us.

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the template

Right click here and select 'Save Target As' and save the file.

Step 2: Fill out the template

Here is a sample of what the template would look like:

It is essential to provide as much information as possible when you list your inventory with AutoBodyParts. This includes descriptions, manufacturers and part numbers, so a buyer can locate your part whether they search by number, type or manufacturer. When you list your parts, make sure to include any cross reference, alternate or superseded part number you have for the part you are selling. This information makes it easier for the buyer to locate their part.

Please fill out the spreadsheet columns as best as you can. Here is a description of the different fields:

• Part Number*

  The number of the item you are listing.

• Manufacturer*

  The manufacturer of the part.

• Short Description*

  A short description of the part.

• Long Description

  A more detailed description of the part.

• Primary Category

• Secondary Category

• Condition*

  The condition of your part. New, Used, or Reman.

• UOM/Qty Pack

  Unit of Measure. ex. Pack of 50.

• Qty*

  Quantity on hand for your part.

• Weight

  The weight of your part in lbs.

• Selling Price*

  The price you wish to sell your part for.

• Image

  If you have an image of your part, you can fill in this field with the name of the image and attach the image file along with the template or send us a url of the image.

• Cross Reference Numbers

  If you have cross reference numbers for your part, list them here.

Step 3: Email us back the completed template
